"lovely property as good as the review. Excellent location for us as we were visiting our daughter in Waltham St Lawrence. Only snag was finding it in the dark. I wonder if the hosts would consider putting up a small sign to reassure guests that they are not disturbing the residents of the surrounding houses"

"A really nice small cosy studio with everything that you need for a comfortable short stay. Located in a quiet area in the countryside. A major road very close but noise level was not too bad. Mattress fine but too soft. Hot water usually not enough for two showers one after another. Very competitive price for what the property offers. I will stay again if I ever need to be in the area. Thanks."

"It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two."

"We spent around ten days here in late January, and yes, it was chilly and rainy (but nothing like Boston's cold!), but still the countryside was beautiful, the air was fresh and clean, and our visit was peaceful despite the stress of the times.My filmmaker son and his husband had a visit planned to NFTS in Beaconsfield--the drive was easy, and the train ride was even easier!
