"We actualy were move over to Mont Cervin Palace (Sister property). Wonderful experience. Staff exceptional in every way. Helpfull and friendly. Property: wonderful. Great breakfast and breakfast staff. Pool was very nice. We were primarily hiking in the area so it was nice to have a pool available at the end of a long day in the mountains. Location: centre of the town. Everything is walkable. Loads of pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes. I recommend and would stay here again."

"This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable.
