"The property is well maintained and clean. It definitely looks better than in the pictures. We were greeted at the train station with free pick up services to the apartment. The staff was awesome and friendly. Taxi voucher for the return trip was also given to us. On the table was free Lindt chocolates. They also accommodate our request for extra rollaway bed with reasonable additional charges. The range of cooking condiments is really wide and my mum was happy to cook. Super market was nearby....

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc).
