"Stay was perfectly fine, Spa was nice but we didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on food and drink service. Staff were friendly and everything was clean and tiday in the hotel. On-premise EV charger was broken when we arrived but i called the company and they rebooted it for me. I was then able to charge the car OK. "

"Smooth check in process. Git really noisy outside most of the night but maybe to be expected on a Friday night.Strangely they highlight 3 car parks when there is another just around the corner at King St. road. Breakfast was good, a reasonable selection which was regularly replenished."

"Generous sized room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially concierge. Great location with close access to cruise terminal, and only about 18 minutes to airport. Close to shopping and dining options, though the food at the hotel was very good. Enjoyed afternoon tea and later supper too. Would definitely recommend."

"I am a regular here and the staff are always lovely and willing to help. Only thing that lets it down it the lack of healthy options in the restaurant. Great if you want burgers and fried foods but would be nice to see some basic options or healthy switch-outs, like jacket or boiled potatoes instead of chips with everything. Even the protien bowls are boring and packed full of calories. Same goes for breakfast, fatty bacon dripping in grease and soggy scrambled eggs."
