"We visited our friends living in Andover. The hotel is pretty nice. Good location. Good food breakfast. I like our stay. Only issue is the hot water system I don’t know how to make the temperature right in shower…"

"Great stay, bathroom was cosy, toilet to close to radiator which was hot! Difficult to reach toilet roll holder which was tucked behind the toilet and hot radiator otherwise a lovely quiet room and good stay"

"The Hat het is a loverly picturesque pub/ hotel. Welcome excellent, food and ambiance perfect. VFM good. The thing that let it down was cleanliness of the room- smeared bathroom mirror looked like it was cleaned with a soiled cloth ( had to clean it to see any reflection!) the toilet rim covered in hair & dust & the lamp shades & corners of the room rife with cobwebs. We did enjoy our stay however and we did report the room dissatisfaction to the young service lady but no apology or explanation...

"This property was perfect for our group of 3 families consisting of 6 adults and 4 children. The property was extremely well furnished, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even to cook a complete Christmas dinner for us all with all the trimmings. The host had kindly decorated the lounge area with a Christmas tree and other decorations. A cot and high chair for the baby were provided and the cinema room was perfect for movies and computer games. The...
