Our only issue was a constant, loud hum (imagine a loud fridge) which persisted all night, though this didn't bother my husband, I barely slept. "My daughter (8) & i often go book a hotel stay to escape, and this is by far the top of our list now. Ive dropped a star for comfort only because the twin beds are too hard for me. Many prefer a hard bed so thats personal preferences really. The pool is beautiful and very clean along with the hottub the views of the garen are stunning. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Having a little chat with my daughter when ever she wanted to chat. They seemed to have time for us."

"The hotel is really nice, but the people working there are AMAZING. The two girls at the reception were so lovely and helpful (I think one was called Kelsey, sorry! I’m terrible with names). Check in and check out on point and when we asked for some towels we got them in minutes. I recommend this place without any doubt. "
