"The property is very lovely and clean and most of the food was really good! The staff was very friendly and diligent! The only really bad thing was sat night across our room a house had a party with a live band starting around 11 pm going on all night until 6:30 so we could not sleep. It wasn’t direct responsibility of the hotel but maybe they could work more with authorities to enforce the necessary restrictions "

"Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January. In addition, both night stand lamps did not work, phone in room did not work, had to walk across the resort to contact staff, who’s solution was to shower in the spa area which was not close to us. "Loved our stay there. Nice SPA, I definitely recommend to get some SPA treatments or just use the sauna and whirlpool. The pool area is also nice to lounge and relax. Very nice restaurant with rooftop, tasty food and nice breakfast too. Friendly staffs, great service. Love to go back there for some r & r. "
