Comfortable and Great Value for your Money
The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony and view of the creek. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I have stayed at Borda Hotel several times in the last couple of years, However the room I recently stay in is at the top of the building and close to the elevator which was quiet, but the bathroom vent was close to some fans on the roof that sometimes were a little noisy. Also, there was limited hot water. Other than that, it is a great place to stay, great value for your money, I'll definitely stay there for my next trip to Cuernavaca

Nice place..good priced breakfast
No water at all on our floor in the morning, so use of facilities was terrible! When you use a moderately priced hotel you expect to be able to use the toilet and shower in the morning!

CUIDADO! Me quedé 4 días con mi familia y no había agua caliente, el problema fue cuando fui a solicitar el arreglo el empleado de mantenimiento quiso golpearme y lo tuvieron que sacar de las instalaciones; En la noche fui a cenar y el mismo empleado estaba otra vez en recepción y me volvió a retar para golpearme. Lo reporte con el gerente al otro día y estoy en proceso de levantar una demanda legal por los hechos. WARNING!!! I stayed 4 days with my family and there was no hot water. The problem arose when I requested the repair; the mantenance employee tried to hit me and had to be removed from the premises. Later that night, I went to dinner and the same employee was back at the reception and challenged me to a fight again. I reported it to the Manager the next Day and I am in the process of filing a legal complaint about the incident.

It was a nice hotel it was clean AC did work. The only thing is that below us there was a group of people being too loud and had music even passed 11pm they should respect others, or maybe staff should of asked to like it down, and no mini fridge that would of been a plus

When we arrive there were issues with our reservation, they couldn't find it even when showing the reservation code. After a few minutes they finally found it and placecus in a room tgat had) no view (reservation stated had a view ).Room had hair on floors, sheets looked dirty /stained like make up ,towels had yellow stains and looked dirty too. I wasn't happy regarding cleanliness Next morning they move us to a different room with a view, room was more cleaned than the previous one.

Cuando llegamos muy limpio y ordenado pero al siguiente día se vio que no lavaron jacuzzi ni hicieron muy bien la limpieza y no nos dejaron toallas tuvimos que solicitarlas el agua de la alberca estaba fría el personal muy amable apesar de eso mi estancia fue satisfactoria
