No tenian servicio de comedor por que tenian otro evento y negaron el servcio, no hicieron la limpieza, los cuartos no cuentan con suficiente ventilacion para el calor que hace y no hay climas.

Muy amable y atento el personal, pero era necesario pedir que solicitaran a otros huéspedes que dejaran de hablar fuerte en el jardín frente a las habitaciones a media noche o más. Hace falta hacer renovación de muebles y mantenimiento a los baños aunque muy agradable la temperatura al ducharse.

Me parece una muy buena opción de hospedaje en Oaxtepec a un buen precio, solo que las habitaciones ya necesitan mantenimiento en general y poner más atención en la limpieza de las mismas, en general es un hotel bonito y agradable.

Excelente servicio. Las habitaciones muy limpias. Tiene restaurante y tiendita. Solo el agua de la alberca estaba un poco fría. Por lo demás nos la pasamos muy bien.

Bien en cuanto al trato del personal. Tienen una gran área de oportunidad en cuanto al mantenimiento y la limpieza de las habitaciones. Si bien es un lugar económico, realmente es un punto fuerte a tomar en cuenta. Un adicional qué se apreciaría mucho es la iluminación de los espacios comunes, ya que desde las 6:30 qué se oculta el sol, la propiedad queda en la oscuridad.

Mala atención en general
En general un mal servicio, pedía habitación para seis personas y sólo dieron tres toallas, las toallas adicionales las cobraban en 20 pesos, contantemente había que pedirles papel de baño ya que nos quedamos 4 noches, del restaurante la comida bien, precios altos, pero mal servicio te pedían los platos aun cuando no hubieras terminado de comer, no permitían que consumieras cosas fuera de ahí, pero había otros huéspedes a los que no les decían nada, del cuarto mucho espacio, pero muy caluroso, no servía el ventilador, en general una mala atención, las instalaciones bien, pero no sirven de nada cuando te atienden tan mal
