"Great location as near to Euston station. We dropped out bags at 10.30 to find our room was actually ready so checked in. Friendly service from reception. Felt confident with Radisson brand it would be of a standard. Room decor a little old fashioned but had everything we needed including the iron! Clean and tidy. Good price too. Would definitely stay there again as location /price was perfect for a theatre stay . However I would not eat at the restaurant again. Overpriced and underwhelming...

Some of the staff were a little more unfriendly than you would expect but the hotel was lovely, just a shame the person who checked us in hadn’t been on his phone and talking to a colleague about something else at the same time. "Spacious rooms. Clean. Quiet. Gym could be bigger. Direct access to Victoria train station which was convenient in the cold and rain. Staff were very helpful. The Soak restaurant on the property was excellent too."
