"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and worked with me when my flight was delayed a day and I couldn't check in when originally scheduled. The hotel was clean and the room nice. It was within walking distance to Hyde Park and close to the underground lines. I highly recommend the hotel."

"Very helpful and friendly staff as they will carry your luggage up the stairs which is extremely helpful. Mehdi in particular was very friendly. Please keep in mind the bathroom is very small but very clean. Will recommend."

"When I arrived there was no-one at the desk but I pressed the bell then had to telephone and a very harrased looking guy came and dealt with me. He took my money and two receptionists arrived and another a girl with my change. The receptionist was very pleasant but I had to say 'I do not have a key yet' as the guy did not give me one. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Missed having sausages at breakfast….prefer a buffet breakfast. Cosy bar. Did not like having to leave the car keys at reception."

"My room was very small but functional. Going up four floors after a day of walking around London is a challenge, but doable. The hotel is one and a half blocks off the Paddington station, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, bakeries smaller supermarkets nearby. Also close to Hyde Park and plenty of tube and bus choices. "
