"I liked how there was someone there 24/7, i love how every day there was cleaners that gave a quick wipe down in the bathroom and sweep of floor. The beds where spacious and comfortable especially as a bigger size female and alot of space in the room to store suitcases and bags under bed with small table and mirror in the room. "We were looking for something close to transit lines and comfortable after a long day of exploring London. This fit the bill nicely - within 10 minutes of two different tube lines that we could easily access most of London, and plenty of walkable places to eat. Being on a busy street, we heard a lot of street noises including sirens, and because we had the windows open due to the heat, they were sometimes disruptive.
