" Breakfast is rather slow as you have to get your own tea and coffee from quite a distance away from the tables, 1 man was getting 4 teapots very slowly."

"It is such a beautiful and peaceful place. The lodge was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Walking along the lake is beautiful. There's lots of nice activities too so especially for children. We took a speed boat in the lake which was exciting. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, the minigolf, playing ping pong and the arcade. The food in the restaurant was delicious too. We'll definitely be going again :)"

"Lovely hotel. We had a room upgrade as it was a birthday which was great. Customer service when we arrived on reception was not great. There was no enthusiasm to see us or smiles from the man. I think he was new as unsure in himself. But even so he could be more welcoming "

"Our two bedroom apartment was amazing with views of the duck pond. Now we know this resort is here we will come back often. Very spacious rooms and the indoor pool and steam room were really nice. Don't worry about the ghosts!"

The food also tasted amazing and was great quality, the menu isn't large but they do regularly change their specials.
