very convenient for transport with tram or buses but took a little while to street park the car for my stay. food was very good and enough selection to cater for most people. overall a pleasant holiday and would be pleased to go again.

All the staff were polite and helpful. The food quality was excellent, but did notice that the breakfast buffet did not vary as it did in the past and the same hot offerings were available every day. The hotel is redecorating the rooms, which is a work in progress but needed as the rooms awaiting redecoration are now looking tired and dated.

Very disappointing room this time, had to go upstairs with our pram and room very very dated and an awful smell, this hotel is fantastic and lots of rooms are newly refurbished. Food is fantastic and good entertainment
