"I always stay at No. 10 when I am in Preston. Fantastic central location for easy access to train station, shops, university, bus station etc. Rooms always exceptionally clean. I usually try to stay on a high floor because the only downside of No. 10 are the creeky floors so if someone in a room upstairs comes in late, you can hear them. Other than that, I’d say No. 10 is fantastic. Suits everything I need. Clean, comfy beds, bathroom and mini kitchen. Ideal for families if you book the larger rooms. Location itself is quiet and off the main street. "
