"nice stay, nice room, reception pleasant and helpful, no problem checking in. ate at the Bistro food was lovely. only negative one small towel radiator in very large bathroom made the bathroom a bit cold for February. otherwise no complaints at all nice room."

"Wen we arrived we had paid more to upgrade to a sea view my self and my daughter but rooms was not ready we then got our rooms and they was disgusting not even sea view bits all over the floor looked as though bed had not been made proper but they swapped them rooms was clean and lovely but ours was on the 4th floor and I had already said low floor so was not happy as I have a bad leg and hip and will not use lifts so was not happy over all entertainment was good parking was hard to find a space...

"Stayed in the family room which was great, spacious, more than just one big room and with a huge bathroom ( photos attached ). Nice little touches in the room such as bottled water, biscuits, etc. A bonus that we were able to take our dog. Everything in the hotel was well thought out. Breakfast was good included bacon & sausage sandwiches. We ate in the restaurant that night, all our meals were of a very high standard especially the steak one.
