"I stayed here four years ago and thought it was so well laid out in nature and with the pools and flowers and birds that I reserved again. The people are so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. They only need to describe it better on the menu. The portions of the appetizers are enough for a meal. The spa is beautiful. "This resort is very well kept and nestled in the forest. Our back patio in our private casita looked out at the forest and we saw monkeys in the trees in the morning. The massage area is so relaxing while in a private area overlooking the forest. The dining area has really good food. The staff is really nice. The pool area is very relaxing with a swim up bar. Very relaxing and beautiful all around. "

"My family and my sister's family visited Hotel Magic Mountain for 3 days over Christmas. The amenities were good - clean and comfortable rooms though very dimly lit with poor hot water pressure. It rained a lot so we didn't take advantage of the outdoor pool much, but the hot tubs were a lot of fun. The sports bar above the restaurant has a fun outdoor seating area where we had dinner on Christmas Eve - service there was extremely slow - several other patrons were noticeably upset at the delay...

"My family loved at our stay at Casa Del Rio. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the water slide was not running while we were there, but we loved our private hot tub on our patio! Would definitely stay again."
