"Love the place and the area especially! It is very quiet, safe and clean. We shall return if ever we are using Haneda airport again. The only gripe is the absence of buffet brekky which we often use for our travels to prepare for a busy day. But there are Convenience stores nearby so no worries! We did have lunch at the cafe on the first floor and we had an excellent meal. My pork katsu curry was super tender and juicy. "The biggest plus for this hotel is location, location, location. It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this. "Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean facilities! Just beware, the room is super super small as many are in Tokyo. It is not where all the action/congestion is and is in a business district with plenty of places to eat, train station is close and you can be in shinjulku or shibuya in 10 minutes. Overall a nice place to stay!"
