"The service provided from check-in to check-out was excellent. There were a lot of staff members to help with questions, with luggage, etc. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance to train stations and there are places to visit within walking distance for people like us who are there to visit/sightsee in Yokohama. Their breakfast buffet is excellent. We would definitely stay there again."

"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "

"I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu.
