"I stay at this hotel frequently, as it is so convenient to get to and then travel around London and Essex. The hotel has ample parking, good comfortable, clean en-suite rooms. There is a nice restaurant/bar on site. The staff are all so friendly, it’s a pleasure staying there. I will be back again in 2025."

"All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, general ambience was of a fresh, clean and modern nature. My only gripe was the mattress was quite hard, and therefore uncomfortable when sleeping, but my old bones didn't help 😔. My view couldn't be helped, but it was miserable, not the fault of the hotel."

"Good things were that the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. However the rooms especially the floors could do with a lot more cleaning. The carpets needing shampooing and the bathroom needed bleach cleaning. There was also a bad smell in the building which was not pleasant. The receptionist was friendly which almost made up for poor quality issues "
