"Need to invest some in plumbing. Bed really comfortable although my headboard became detached. Maybe get some sort of better tv channel supplier. No music channels with what they had. Great location only 20 min walk to some major supermarkets. All staff extremely helpful and pleasant apart from one who maybe needs some training. I mean who is the customer?? Breakfast and evening meals where really good. "

"This veue showed rooms which did not resemble the one my wife and I had. The toilet bowl was manky, the shower hose leaked almost as much water as came out of the shower head. The shower cubicle itself looked unclean and was surrounded with mould. The pop-up plug in the sink had long since been broken and so would not stay in place to allow the sink to be filled. "It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."
