"Overall good,the chalet need updating."

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Fantastic 2 night stay. Everything you would need is provided and more. Scrupulously clean apartment. Comfortable bed in a sacious apartment. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely book again."

Excellent welcome and stay

"We were staying just for one night in the hotel before our early morning flight. Greetings and welcome we have received at the reception desk was with great curtesy and sense of humour. Service in the restaurant was very kind and accommodating. Bed and room overall was very comfortable which allowed us to rest before long journey next day. Very happy. Thank you x"
