"We were on the main road side so was a bit noisy however it was not particularly a problem for us. The position of the hotel is good for attendance at the civic hall. "

"Checked in by very helpful and polite staff. The room was much bigger than I thought; it was spotlessly clean and bed was really comfortable. Hotel was by busy road, but there was no sound of traffic. The breakfast offered a really nice selection of cooked and vestals with choice of nondairy milks. I have stayed at a regular Holiday Inn and would say this Holiday Inn Express room was a lot bigger and more comfortable. I would most definitely recommend as a very relaxing and comfortable stay. "

"Not as good as it used to be. Lots of cut backs. Cheap toilet rolls. Only 2 tea bags. No biscuits. 2 coffee 2 sugars. And 2 stir stick. No teaspoons anymore. Qaulity of breakfast not as it used to be. Cheaper products everywhere. No granola. Muesli, cheap cornflakes or cheap cocopops. Yogurt watery. Fruit hard. Bread was nice. Nice butter. Hp sauce a bonus. Coffee machine did a tasty latte and cappuccinos. Staff always friendly. "

"I had a good experience from start to finish. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The general manager and his team offered a exceptional service. However my room was cold and the mattress was uncomfortable. The hotel’s facilities were average. The gym had a few machines out of order and no water cooler. I did appreciate the convenient location, which allowed me to explore the city easily. Overall, my stay was good. I would recommend...
