"We stayed in an apartment with a balcony overlooking the river - it was beautiful. The apartment was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The food and service was fantastic, we ate outside by the river - beautiful. Lovely hotel, great food and service. "

"The staff were amazing! Really friendly, done everything they could to make sure you had what you wanted or needed when it came to breakfast or dinner times when dining. Only small issue was how noisy it was from the town side in the mornings with cars etc driving up and down with deliveries as we had a room right at the front of the building, would had been happier with a room at the back with less noise unless the windows could be redone to reduce sound"

"Hotel and our room were clean albeit a bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC. We have a dog and this hotel is very dog friendly, ate an excellent meal in the bar in the evening and a nice breakfast in the dining room. Staff were excellent throughout, only downfall was the road up to the car park through an archway and then a very bendy narrow road upwards and the car park itself which could be challenging for some. "
