"Excellent stay. The hotel was very reasonably priced and was located in the centre of Worcester. The room was clean, cosy and spacious. The breakfast was ample with plenty of choice including veggie sausages. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful 2 night stay"

The hotel is in very good condition. service for breakfast was excellent. we did not have the same experience for dinner when the team both on the bar and in the restaurant were not aware of customers waiting. There needs to be stronger leadership on the evening service. Dinner was Ok for £145 for 3 having 3 courses, this feels steep for average food."
