"Despite my only giving 4 stars, it's a perfectly fine place to stay. My small issues-- the blanket was very thin and there was not an extra one in the closet. But I didn't ask the front desk if they could provide another, so I can't ding them too much. At bathroom sink there was a bottle of conditioner rather than hand soap; coffee pods were 3 decaf and only 1 regular. Finally, definitely not their fault, but they're a 10 minute walk from the Amtrak station, so wouldn't be too good in snow or...

"We have been to Reno several times in the last few months due to family needs. The hotel is so convenient. Pet friendly (which is a must) and very clean. No evidence of animals. They even have a wonderful dog run and poop bags, too! The rooms are clean, roomy, quiet, and have all the necessities. Fridge, microwave, coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful, too! Convenient to many stores and dining options. We will continue to stay at this hotel for our future visits. "

"Arrived at the airport at midnight and I called for transportation to the Hotel. They arrived within 15 minutes. Check in was quick. We stayed one night. The room was big and spacious. Clean! Breakfast was not the best, microwaveable cinnamon pastries and coffee. Staff at the Check in desk in the morning was not very efficient but I appreciate her efforts. The shuttle to and from the airport was amazing. But you have to load your own luggage...FYI. Overall, nice place and would stay here...
