"Near the lake, easy to walk around. Close to the main road with noise. The building is old, and the heater is loud, remote is out of service, bathroom floor always wet, kitchen is small, 1 cloth hanger there. It's an average place, can be better."

"Was pretty clean and cozy. There were some cobwebs and lots of dust we could see on the ceiling beams and on some of the furniture like the side of bed tables. WiFi was fine on our phones. Tv worked way better when we hotspotted to a phone. Otherwise it was great "

"The bedding was very thin and not complete sets for either bed. The room smelled like a backed up drain and musty. The shower is unsafe as it has no light inside, it’s very dark behind shower curtain and the water turns scorching hot on its own. The room is also lacking plug outlets, only one under tv opposite side of the room from nightstand and definitely no usb plugs either. Property lacking any landscaping, just dirt.Very disappointing."

"We absolutely loved the house - beautiful and new in every way! The location was perfect for walking to the beach and town. We've been renting different houses at Kings Beach for decades and this is our new favorite. We definitely hope to come back again, so we only have a couple small suggestions. The weather was gorgeous (early Sept) and after the beach, we wanted to sit on the front porch, but it was way too sunny and hot without an umbrella or two. Also, a sectional for the living room...

"We were very happy with the accommodations Super clean and beds comfortable It was a little cold in the morning especially in the bathroom. The little heater didn't quite get the warm heat into the bathroom. A hair dryer would have been nice to have. There were dishes, glasses,and cups, but no eating utensils, that would have been helpful Thank You for a delightful stay!"

"I rarely write any reviews but this placed deserves some recognition. We had a few issues arise during our stay but when I reached out to the rental company they’re were so responsive and attentive, that they made the experience in staying in their home amazing. The location is so closed to everything the mini golfing and Carnelian bay definitely a beautiful location and will definitely be coming back."

"Every year we do a ski trip with our friends from college and this year picked Tahoe as our destination. Shamir and Diana's home was very clean, had all the essentials, and was the perfect setting for our group. The two master suites were great as well as updated bathrooms in each.
