"Everything was broken in this unit. We were here on 4th of July weekend. This unit has no air conditioning, so expect to die in the heat. Also, the refrigerator is broken, so don’t buy food unless you want it to rot! Lastly, very poor communication with property management. 10/10 do not recommend"

"Hazel was amazing, friendly, and super communicative. She cares about your stay and wants you to feel welcome, comfortable, and happy. The studio is in an ideal location and walkable to Donner Lake. We wished we could have stayed longer and can't wait to return soon. The trail in the back area is magical and before we left we saw a few deer. I'm going to remember this trip for a long time. "Erika is an amazing host and her apartment is perfect! It was very clean, all appliances work as they should. There is a fun sledding hill just few minutes away from the house and we even walked through knee deep snow to Glenshire pizza for dinner one night. Bring snowshoes :) Both Erika and Alex were exceptionally helpful when we needed something, like help getting unstuck during heave snowfall or figuring out the accommodation for an extra night when I80 closed for travel. "Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great."

"The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach!"

"wonderful location - close to the lake and beach access. There is no AC - which on a hot week could be a problem. Needs some work on maintenance (windows shade, windows not working, shower door....) we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful Lake Tahoe!"
