"This resort is away from everything but still is not more than 30 minutes from the airport. Clean, modern with a nicely manicured exterior. There is a restaurant that offers a basic menu, and you could spend your entire trip here if you wanted. "

"My room had all the things you would need for a week long vacation. It had a washer and dryer, mini fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The customer service isn’t the best and they only supply you with two rolls of toilet paper and tell you you’re on your own for more. The bar at the pool wasn’t open during our stay."

"Everything was fantastic - except having to stop first at another site to pick up the key. It would be much easier to have a lock box. It took a while to get a taxi from the key pick up location, because the shuttle only shuttles guests from airport to key pick up site. "

"Definitely need a car to access the property as cabs are pricey and no public transportation. The entrance to the property could be more noticeable from the road as I kept driving by it at night due to that and the lack of street lighting on the road. Roc was very attentive and onsite which added an extra sense of security while on the property. "

"We had such a great time at Villa serenity! We were blown away by the cleanliness and how stocked the kitchen and bathroom both were. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the canal. The host was very responsive and everyone on the property was very pleasant and friendly. "The villa was very clean. The WiFi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have issues with the tv remote along with the one ac remote. Says there is a washer and dryer on site but was only able to locate the washer, however, there is a clothesline to dry. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Loved the location!!!! We love this Hidden Gem resort. It was nice being able to walk everywhere and not need to get a taxi for most things we did. Staff was extremely nice & helpful with helping us make the most of our trip. Property could use a little updating and nicer bedding, but we loved this little place & highly recommend it to others! Hope to be back someday soon. "
