Nice Property for a very reasonable price on a very expensive island. Location was within walking distance to Supermarket, Beach, Restaurants, and shopping. Would stay there again.

The receptionist is very pleasant and helpful. The location is convenient. A short walk to beautiful Grace beach with chairs provided for Grace Bay Suite guests.

Property is still undergoing some renovations but overall in good condition, given the climate. Staff is superb. They have bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas and can arrange taxis. The music from Castaways goes until after 2am so bring your earplugs. Dining and shopping all around. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 7 nights. We chose it for the price and location and were not disappointed. It's right in the middle of Grace Bay, with everything you want a short walk away. We rented a car and did not plan to spend much time at the hotel. As such, we didn't use the pool, but we saw it being cleaned every morning and there seemed to be ample seating. There were chairs and umbrellas at the beach a short walk away, with an attendant on duty. We had a suite, with two beds, a pull out couch, and a cot, and still had ample room to move about. The room was sparse but clean and included a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff was attentive and quick to respond (our shower light was burned out and they came right away). This is not a high-end resort, so if you are looking for that type of accommodation, you're sure to be disappointed. But if you are not spending much time at the hotel, and need a clean, comfortable place to sleep in a great location, I would recommend Grace Bay Suites.

The hotel has only 24 rooms, so it's quiet on the property, the construction is over, but at 7 am at the next door plaza people start working, you can hear it if you are a light sleeper. Very convenient location to all the restaurants in the downtown and shopping. Walk 5-7 min to the beautiful beach with designated chairs that belong to the hotel. They give you a voucher to 3 different cafeterias for breakfast with $10 value. if you order more food, you just pay the rest. I did pay extra $4-8. Rooms are nice and clean, Our room had a broken AC, so it was humid in our room. I didn't know that should have to ask them to fix the AC. The next door plaza has a puppies for adoption, you can walk them every day.

Staff was nice but that is the only positive. Things a poorly managed MOTEL. Dirty and NOT NEW at all. Garbage everywhere with old furniture in a big pile next to hotel. (And BIG stack to 20 feet high). This is next to a strip mall with a restaurant that cuts all its meats outside all day with construction and stone cutting in the other side. grace Bay area is nice but this is not worth the effort. Look elsewhere
