I would say the room could’ve been vacuumed and cleaned a bit better(dust and hair on the floor and on toilet). The beds were clean and comfortable though and the staff had a crib already in the room as requested. I was very impressed! "

"We had a perfectly good experience at The Burrard. It’s a bit dated, the area around is a bit sketchy (couple of dead rats by the car park entrance, human excrement on the sidewalk round the corner), but that’s just Vancouver these days it seems. It was clean, the staff were cheerful and friendly, it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. My only negative point is that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but that’s maybe just my preference. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. "
