"We have never stayed at a more clean and beautiful home than this one. It was in a safe neighborhood and close to almost anything you can think of. We will definitely be visiting again."

"We enjoyed our stay a the Cozy Shaw. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was nice. If you are staying here in the winter time, please know that the city does not plow this neighborhood's streets. This means there is ice on the road and on the side walk. The hosts of this house did clear off our parking spots and the sidewalk in front of the house, but driving is still quite difficult. We did have one hicup during our stay. One of the shower faucets did not turn off after we used it....

"The property is spacious, with plenty of room and a full kitchen. It's also in a safe neighborhood. However, we had trouble sleeping with very loud music coming from some of the local bars until past 2 am. I would recommend bringing ear plugs. "

"My husbands a military veteran and we love to travel we are from ohio but wanted to visit St Louis to see somwhere new. This place is a newly bulit home located in a up and coming neighborhood. I was worried about the neighborhood but it was just fine we barely even seen anyone. The house is absolutely gorgeous and extremely spacious. "Overall the property is as described. The property sleeps 12, however, for a family with younger children, the bed situation is not family friendly. There is no bathroom on the main level, nor was there an inside dining table. It rained our entire stay, so we had to eat at the coffee table. And it would be helpful to have known when we checked in, that there is a parking space behind the rental. The location made it easy to get around St Louis. We'd stay again without younger children."

"We were very impressed with our stay. The house was decorated for the holidays and very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. I wish we could have stayed longer! We came in town to celebrate a family members graduation at SLU. The location was perfect and it was even the meeting place to join other family before going to dinner. Thanks for a great stay and for sharing your home with us! "
