"The location was great. Just steps from Canal and Bourbon Streets. Be prepared for crazy billing... I was charged before arriving. Hotel stay plus incidentals held upon check-in. Then charged at checkout. Gross misuse of available funds. The representative was unable to provide me a rationale for multiple authorizations. "

"This was a fine hotel and a good price, near the convention center where I had a conference, but also not so far to walk to Frenchman St and even Canal/Bourbon. Uber/Lyft drivers were a bit confused about the location, but it was otherwise very practical. There is a music club across the street that has the whole place pulsating a bit on party nights, but pop in some earplugs or headphones and you're fine. It was clean and it was safe, and that's good. "

"This property was conveniently located near canal, a police station on the bus line and trolley line. It’s right on the corner for easy uber access also. The hotel was clean and comfy for our 1 night stay. My only complaints is the early check in fee was $50 and there was no shuttle from the airport. I will stay again. "

"The Bienville House was the perfect place to stay in New Orleans. My mother suggested staying here because she also stayed at this exact location when she was a teenager. I highly enjoyed getting to bring my mother back to a place where she got to re-experience her childhood. The staff were amazing and made checking in/checking out easy. Parking was a breeze as well, the valet takes care of moving your car and helps you unpack your stuff. I will definitely be recommending the Bienville to my...
