"Super location in the centre of Harrogate. Reasonably priced as it included a buffet-style English breakfast with a good selection. It was held in a massive Victorian dining room which added a nice ambience. The bedroom itself was a little tired although the bathroom was just fine. A slight oddity was that the double bed was fixed against the wall meaning one person didn’t have a bedside table and had to scramble over t’other! "I have stayed before & I like the place & people; slightly disappointed that there was no effort to clear the car park of snow or indeed the path up to the door - it was very dangerous. No grit or salt laid either. They did say they had a shovel ! "
