"It's an older property that needs a bit of TLC. The elevator was out of order when we stayed there. Some paint peeling off the walls in the room, sink drained slowly and shower leaked a bit. They definitely need to get new mattresses. Ours was sagging a bit. Still, a nice, quaint little hotel in downtown St. Pete's at a reasonable price."

"Central location in Treasure Island. We had a king room, gulf facing, with Balcony. Easy to walk to shops, dining & shopping. They have beach chairs you can rent by the day. City Beach access across the street still closed, but can walk a quarter block to the city access between hotels, at the crosswalk. Great paved boardwalk ocean side to stroll along the beach. Easy walk to the Sunday evening drum circle. Only negative right now was pool was not heated & hot tub not bubbling. Overall good...

"Great spot if you’re looking for down time at the beach, steps away from the hotel/condo. Had a renovated and clean suite. The hurricane damage can still be felt around for ex the water heaters in the pool were not yet working but the hot tubs were. Overall great stay! "

"This was a great stop for one night. The bar/restaurant on site was a great factor in selecting this hotel. The location was exactly what we were looking for in a one night stop on a long road trip around Florida. We had a water view which was excellent, the bar was fun and offered a lot of food options. There is no elevator so be aware. The hotel always felt safe and clean and we enjoyed watching the harbor activity. I would stay there again if in the area. "
