Our family of 6 really enjoyed spending time together here, whether it was on the back porch overlooking the gulf, in the gulf, in the pool, or simply walking the beach. "The home is very comfortable. The air conditioning keeps the house cool and the king bed is very comfortable (there were only two of us). The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. The pool is large and the docks were great for fishing. There are lots of fish there. I used live shrimp and just dropped the line by the dock; no casting necessary. "I believe our family was the first to stay at this property under the new owner and it was fabulous! The transition was seamless. We had a small issue with the beach cart, but with quick communication with the owner, it was addressed and fixed within hours. The house is so clean, quiet, and perfect location. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The landscaping in the backyard provided a ton of privacy for our young family. I can't wait to come back!"

"Had never been to Anna Maria Island before but it's a beautiful beach and where you are at this property is a perfect location. Literally 5 min (or less) walk to the beach and a view of the inlet water from the deck. The garage is stocked with a beach cart, nice beach chairs, floats, and umbrella so you are well stocked for a beach adventure. And this part of the beach was not very crowded which was really nice.
