"Front desk staff was nice enough at check-in and the dining room staff was pleasant in the mornings during breakfast. Fair selection of items at the breakfast buffet but, then again, I’m not a big breakfast eater. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby. Amenities were also readily available in case you forget anything (toothbrush, comb, etc). Hotel was in a great location with plenty of shopping (Uniqlo, GU, JINS, 3 Coins, etc) and places to eat, all within walking distance. Best of all, Sensoji...

"Room was quite small & did not hv storage areas for clothes. But the amenities were great & the staff was helpful & friendly. Location was good, close to the train station , bus stop , restaurants, 7/11 and shops. "

"호텔 시설, 직원 친절도, 룸 컨디션 모두 흠잡을곳 없이 정말 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 아마 여기에서 묵을듯 합니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은.. 아마 특정국가 단체손님을 받는거 같은데 이분들이 떼로 몰려다니면서 복도에서도 로비에서도 사우나 내에서도 시끄럽게 떠들어대서 짜증이 날때가 있습니다. 이건 호텔측 잘못이 아니니 최고의 리뷰 납깁니다"

"Hotel room was fine, a little musty, but clean. Decent size rooms considering rooms in Japan are typically small. Helpful service and great location by Roppongi station. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores in walking distance."

"The single room was just a little small but I was traveling solo and this was not an issue at all! Hotel was clean. If you’re a tall person over 6 feet you might want to consider another room option. "
