"Extremely busy hotel which seems to cater to large foreign tourist groups. Check-in was somewhat challenging. There are machines to scan ones passports to check in. However, the machine wouldn't properly scan our passports. One of the staff directed me to the checkin desk, after which they directed me back to the machine to scan my passport, which again didn't work. So, they directed me back to the checkin desk and we did the procedure the "old fashioned"way. The hotel is clean, but not as clean...

"My husband and I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close by the station. Very easy to walk to and from when exploring during the day. The only small downside was that our room had a slight smell. However, the staff was amazing and kind. "

"This hotel was very conveniently located in the Shinsaibashi neighborhood and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi station. There were tons of restaurants and convenience stores nearby so I found it as a great place to stay. The condition of the hotel was fine. It was a bit old and fairly basic, but they did offer plenty of amenities in the lobby and the rooms were still fairly comfortable. I think the location and access to transportation was worth it overall."

"Great quirky hotel, we had a cinema room that was Amazing!! The staff were fabulous and incredibly helpful Slightly outside of the district with bars etc. but only a short cab ride so no issue 😊"
