"Great location close to subway and JR trains. Also one block away from airport bus pick up. Hotel is in Umeda district, if you like shopping, this is the place to stay. Staff are friendly and seek to help you if you have a “lost” look. Highly recommend. "

"Close to shopping and dining at Shinsaibashi main area. Easy access to take subway to go Umeda/ Kyoto area for more exploring. They don’t have laundry room and no laundromat closed by. If you plan to stay there for more than a few days, be prepared to bring enough clothes for your stays. "

"Great property!! The room was spacious for Japan. There is a Lawson on the first level. Walkable in good weather. If the weather is cold, rainy, and windy the walk to the hotel and universal sucks. "

"This hotel was very nice and felt very luxurious for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and the largest we have had during our trip to Japan. The bed was so very comfortable and the softest bed we had in Japan. The staff was very helpful and nice. The skyspa was nice and large with a pool inside and outside with lots of shower spaces and a dry sauna.
