"The advantage to Timber Run was the free transportation to/from the ski slopes. It has to be around 30+/- years old but maintenance is lacking in some areas. It had all the basics but there's no zip to it. Our parking lot had frozen ice everywhere, while the different name grouping next door had clean parking areas. "

"We, my family and friends, had an excellent time staying at the Condo. It had amazing views from all the windows. We enjoyed watching the ski lifts late in the evening with all the Christmas lights strung among the trees around the town square. The only downfall to the condo is that the local buses do not service the mountain where a good number of condos are located. "We had a great stay! Convenient. Well equipped. Cozy. Easy communication with host who was helpful. Would stay here again! Word of advice, there’s a starter pack for shampoo/conditioner/soap but only enough for one day so bring your own. "

"We have been coming to Steamboat for years. This condo was perfect. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. There was a variety of dishes and glasses. Plenty of space for our clothes. The balcony was fun to sit on in the evening...we saw a moose amble across the lawn of the ajoining property. Furniture was comfortable. "This is a beautiful but small property with a beautiful view of Steamboat, and is close to slopes (not walking distance). It is perfect for two. It is on the top floor of three floors which means no one is walking above you, and you don’t notice neighbors beside you. It is beautifully adorned and has so many extra amenities not common in most rentals, even to the point of sleeping masks, ear plugs and York peppermint patties. "This is a great place for a quick getaway with a few friends. Location is perfect if you want to be close to the gondola and several restaurants and some shopping. Just a quick drive gets you downtown for more shopping and restaurants. Had everything you need for a few dyad!"
