"The hotel was excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent you even get the option to use the spa and swimming pool for free when you stay here. The only one downside is the staff didnt keep up with the hot breakfast food so there was along wait for some of the food. But will stay there again in the future."

Well maintained and loved the decor. We enjoyed the breakfast, although they didn’t run out of some things 2 out of 3 days when it got busy, but the warm options were excellent. Would recommend for sure and would return. "

"We have stayed numerous times before and the previous high standards are being maintained. The food at breakfast was of good quality and with a good variety of items. The service was also of high quality. We had been advised in advance that the lift was out of action so being on the 3rd floor was a bit of a climb. ( The lift is not likely to fixed until April). The bus stop right outside the hotel provides an easy route into the city centre with regular buses."

"Rooms had a boutique feel..Quality fixtures and fittings and very clean.Comfy bed I was on second floor and there was no noise from bar below.Lady on check-in was very welcoming."

"We arrived early, but staff was super considerate and despite the fact that we had four rooms, immediately found a space for us, even made sure the rooms were close to each other. Breakfast was AMAZING. Again, terrific staff. Those folks deserve raises."

"Terrific place to stay for Gatwick Airport convenience- especially when using The Purple Parking facility at Gatwick - only a 3 minute journey 😀😀. We ate in the onsite restaurant/takeaway which was really good (hamburger & fries ) delicious. "

"They only have 11 parking spaces. We parked on the street. Because we didnt have the app, it took half an hour to set up the account and pay. We did not have a UK phone number so it took another 1/2 hour the next morning to do it all again! The location is great, the staff helpful. Lots of restaurants. Great walks on the beach, pier and to the pavilion. "
