"The service provided by the staffs are exceptional. We booked a traditional Japanese room with futon beds and the beds were prepared by the hotel staffs. The room feels a bit old but very comfy and clean. Both buffet dinner and breakfast were included and not to mention the great onsen. The view from the outdoor onsen on level B2 after snow completely fullfilled your expectations. We will definitely return to this venue in future."

"Great place to stay! Easy access to different must-go places. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Except for the breakfast buffet which end at 9:30. When it says 9:30, it means that everyone needs to leave at that time. We were obviously not aware of that and kept working on what’s left in our plates when one man seemed like a manager came with a raised voice saying “Out, out!” Guess that’s the culture difference."

"The room was beautiful, the onsen tubs were gorgeous and there were so many options for tubs. The dinner buffet was the best I've had at a hotel. My only disappoinment was trying to buy gifts from the shop onsite. I didn't realize they close at 11am. So with my hands full of items, they informed me the shop was closing. They did not offer to check me out or direct me to a register, just out of the shop. So I put all my items away and walked out, but I really wanted those items!"

"This was a pretty nice ryokan/onsen. Positives: The staff were friendly, and they even had a reserved shuttle bus that will take you from the hotel to New Chitose Airport. "Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."

"We stayed at the WE Toya as our home base for a Rusutsu ski trip. It was fabulous. The onsen was so lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We never ate at the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast buffet was super. The rooms are very large and the one time the onsen was closed for cleaning, we used the balcony tub and it was delightful. We would definitely stay here again!"
