"We had relax and comfortable 2 nights stay and really enjoyed the onsen. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with nice seafood. The hotel is only 2 minutes walking from the Noboribetsu Onsen bus terminal which is handy especially when it is snowing."

"Incredible staff and an incredible room with private onsen"

"Loved our stay at Spa Shiosai. We only stayed 1 night but I would definilty stay again in the future. We were snowboarding at Rusutsu and it was an easy drive. A bit further than other options but the price and Onsen were well worth it. It is a very quiet, clean, and relaxing hotel. Thanks for having us. "

"A really pleasant hotel close to lake Toya. The traditional Japanese room was excellent to experience and the onsen with its both indoor and outdoor baths were phenomenal. There were other amenities such as free bike rentals to take advantage of. The breakfast buffet offered here was superb and there were a few options for restaurants in the area to walk to in the evenings."

"The cuisine was outstanding as was the view. The only slight would be the private onsen on our balcony was wooden and had a very slimy feel to our feet upon getting in. "

"Nice, clean and spacious bedroom with beautiful lake view. Very impressed with the dinner with lots of varieties and it tasted delicious."

"-Room 112 was very hot and uncomfortable (July). -Anybody walking down the hall in front of our door made loud noise (noisy floor). -Nice onsen."

"Hotel is rather old and not well maintained. Water flask is dirty and had black particles. Hotel is backward and there is no wifi. But it gives an interesting experience of traditional Japanese living. Dinner provided is quite good but breakfast is simple."

"Friendly hosts! We really enjoyed staying there. The shower area is separate at the hot springs area. We enjoyed the yummy breakfast and dinner - we were so full!"
