"This is a property I have recurrently stayed at over the years when visiting Cheltenham. The staff are friendly and accommodating; the rooms are remarkably spacious (even if not impeccably clean due to lack of daily housekeeping since Covid); and the hotel location is excellent -- walking distance from the town center, the town hall, the Everyman's theatre, and the pubs/restaurants. "I added a note to my booking to ask info and to ask for extra duvet. Got swift answer and spare duvet ready when we checked in. Staff friendly, sofa bed good size, room clean and included bedroom was very lovely. Also great location with good food in pub just across the car park"
