"Joe and I had a wonderful stay at The Shed. The space and size were perfect and exactly what we were looking for in a English countryside cottage stay. The bed was comfortable. We spent plenty of time in the cozy living room reading and relaxing. The kitchen was serviceable. The heaters took a bit of time to get going but they put out plenty of heat to keep the space warm. "The cottage location is fantastic, just two minutes from a well-stocked Co-op store, and some lovely cafes and shops to explore. People in Chipping Camden were very friendly and we had some lovely conversations with locals whilst out exploring the lanes around the town.The cottage itself was warm and comfortable (the beds were wonderful), and had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. Would love to visit again."

Painswick is a beautiful Cotswold village and the property is a few minutes walk from the centre, where you will find excellent pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. A short drive takes you to Stroud where you will find all the major supermarkets and stores together with an impressive farmers market on a Saturday. Arriving to the most comprehensive "welcome pack" we have ever encountered we have no hesitation in recommending this property. 10 out of 10"

"Steve and Dawn were so amazing throughout - from our planning until the end of our star. We were a bit concerned that the stores will be closed and stressing about what to eat over Christmas and Boxing Days. Dawn checked the stores across the street and even purchase milk and bread for us. They are very sweet and communicative throughout. "
