"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"My family stayed here for 1 night. We got two rooms. Both rooms were huge with two double beds in each room. I estimate the rooms were 2-3 times the size of a typical Japanese hotel room. The rooms were very clean as was the entire resort building. The onsen experience was good (this is the entire reason you would stay here). There is an in-door and out-door soaking pool. "We arrive at the Komatsu Airport at 9 PM. The Route-Inn shuttle picked us up a 9:15 PM and took us right to the hotel. The English speaking manager explained to us the details for taking the Route-Inn shuttle to the train station the next day. In the morning, we enjoyed the free breakfast buffet which had an excellent selection of food. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well."

"This was my first time to stay in a Ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) and I really like it! The hotel was a bit old but still in good condition. They have indoor & outdoor hotspring pool plus many other facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Buffet breakfast & dinner both were great too. Free shuttle service available too to pick up from/drop off to Kagaonsen station. Thumb up!"

"Soaking bath was disappointing and was not the same as pictured on website. I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children with meals but our kids had no breakfast or dinner. No bedding was included for them either."
