服務佳、餐食享用的過程很享受，房間舒適，在飯店各處都有充滿巧思的佈置，在溫泉區的中心，離古浴場超近。只是公共區域稍微小一點，公共區域的洗手間只有一處，稍嫌不足。

太好了
星野界品牌的溫泉旅館服務真的沒話說，員工很有禮貌，我自駕遊在大門卸下行李之後，員工不是指示了停車場方向便了事，而是在車前小跑步經一段路引導進入泊位，酒店氛圍寧靜，房間隔音良好，露台可遠觀周遭溫泉區景觀，房間日式風格榻榻米，但配置了床，並且有個空間十足的生活區，－樓溫泉大浴場到凌晨一點，一泊二食日式料理早晚餐都很精緻美味，座位全部半開放式私人房間，餐廳員工很努力用英文解釋每道菜式的材料和烹製方法，住了兩個晚上，感到無比舒適。
