전체적으로 시설이 노후된것은 오래된 곳이라 그렇다 해도 식당, 카페 등 서비스 인력이 전문성 부족에 친절하나 료칸다운 서비스는 아님. 저녁식사 수준도 가격대비 부실. 방의 전망도 없고 료칸인데 대욕장이 실망스런 수준. 역사나 이름만으로 선택하기엔 아쉬움이.

・清掃されるスタッフの雑談が過ぎる、声が大きい 内容がよろしくない ・朝９時頃、スタッフの出入りする付近の部屋周りにカートが集まり、出入りするお客さまがかわいそうだった ・部屋の説明で冷蔵庫内はフリーと夫婦二人で聞いたが、そうでないことがフロントで確認できた、説明は誤解のないように伝えてもらいたい
