"Classic East meets West Japanese hotel. Onsens are great, room onsens are also well designed and modern. Rooms are very large; ours was traditionally designed. Taiko drums at 9pm is a fun option. Don’t be afraid to walk the neighborhood and eat at a local place. The locals might be a bit surprised to see you but they will embrace your presence. Stayed in a very hot summer so be prepared if you are coming at that time. Even though Japanese use less AC than Westerners, Air conditioning struggled to keep up with the extreme heat indexes into the 100s. "

"利用客の少ない平日に利用させていただきました、季節柄と今年の異常な気候によりカメムシが異常に発生しており、客室には十数匹のカメムシと独特の匂いが充満しており驚愕！！！最上階のお部屋でベランダと網戸、そしてサッシの部屋内側には無数のカメムシの死骸が・・・ 非常に大きな立派な施設ですが、細かい処の清掃や管理がなされていない感じがいたしました。 人不足せいですかね・・・ 朝食のみのプランでしたので、夕食はわかりませんが朝食は個食で味わい深いお品だけに残念でした。 また、温泉は実は（冷泉の加温！！）でした"
