"We live in Guatemala City and were looking for a weekend "Staycation" with a pool in Zona 10 for a sunny weekend. The Biltmore has access to the Camino Real pool at a much more reasonable rate despite the "pool charge". The hotel was much more than a pleasant surprise. It was modern, clean and service from front desk was GREAT"

"The hotel is clean with friendly helpful staff, and is well located in the centre of town a short walk from everything. There's a lovely courtyard on site. However, the rooms themselves are a little disappointing. It seems all double rooms have no external windows, which keeps them nice and cool but they can feel a bit musty/cave-like and have no natural light. They also all appear to be in the central corridor, and ours was directly opposite the reception desk. We could hear every conversation...

"Nice small hotel about two blocks from the town square. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Being in the centro area it is a bit noisy, especially the rooms that face the inner courtyard. Our friend had a room facing outward, and it didn’t have a window."
